The sharply angled lugs of the Tissot PRX transition directly into the slim bracelet, giving the watch its distinctive silhouette. 

The first two letters of “PRX” stand for “precision” and “robustness”, while the “X” refers to the Roman numeral for ten—indicating water resistance up to 10 bars. The watch is protected by anti-reflective, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. Some models offer a view of an automatic movement with an 80-hour power reserve through a mineral crystal case back. Others, without a see-through back, feature the signature Swiss quartz movement from Tissot. Technical highlights include the Nivachron balance spring, which minimizes magnetic interference, and Super-LumiNova® coating for optimal legibility in the dark.

The Tissot PRX is available in stainless steel or with a gold-toned PVD coating. Dials come in various colors and finishes—from monochrome to guilloché—to suit every style. Classic tones like green and blue are among the most popular.
