Founded in 1846, Ulysse Nardin has been a proud member of the global luxury goods group Kering since November 2014 and has written some of the most fascinating chapters in the history of haute horlogerie. In the early days, the company earned its high reputation in the nautical world: its marine chronometers are among the most reliable ever made and are highly sought after by collectors worldwide. With ground-breaking technology and the innovative use of materials such as silicon, the brand is a pioneer, as it is one of the few watch manufacturers with the necessary expertise to produce precision components and movements in-house.  

This exceptional level of watchmaking perfection has earned Ulysse Nardin a membership in one of the most exclusive circles of Swiss watchmakers, the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie. From its sites in Le Locle and La Chaux-de-Fonds, the brand now continues its quest for watchmaking excellence with its five collections: Marine, Diver, Classico, Executive and Freak.  

Ulysse Nardin pursues its innovative course with its three principles as guiding principles. The first is intellectual independence, which drives the brand to develop and manufacture more and more components, movements and watches in-house. The second is the pursuit of technical leadership, which, despite the high number of patents in the field of mechanical watches, drives the Maison to constantly push the boundaries of design, construction and technology.
