RETURN OF ONLINE ORDERS
RETURNS
The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you have received delivery of your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of customized or personalized items. In addition, items with removed, damaged or tampered with seals, protective labels or similar are generally excluded from return.
*HOLIDAY SEASON: During the holiday season, Bucherer.com extends its return policy. Beginning with merchandise purchased the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and extending through December 25th, merchandise may be returned according to the policies stated below through January 10th. Merchandise purchased after December 25th falls under Bucherer.com’s non-holiday return policy.
RETURN SHIPPING
If you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, you may request to return your item within 14 days of the date that you received delivery of your order. Returns must be received within this 14-day return period. Within this period, you can register the item online as a return and ship it back using the pre-paid UPS label that is included with your order.
To return an item by UPS, please follow these steps:
1. Register your return online. You can do this via your Bucherer account at www.bucherer.com/login or at www.bucherer.com/us/en/returns.
2. After registering the return, you will receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number by email. Please write this RMA number legibly on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging with all warranties and manuals, including the delivery note.
4. Seal the package and affix the return label that was included with your order to the outside of the shipping container.
RETURN IN A BUCHERER BOUTIQUE
Bucherer online purchases may be returned to any Bucherer multi-brand* location within 14 days of delivery provided that the merchandise has not been worn, altered, special-ordered, or purchased on special sale. All returns must include the order confirmation email or delivery note, original watch box, warranties and manuals. *Returns for online orders will not be accepted at branded boutiques.
DEFECTS
If there is an issue with the item that you ordered or if you have any questions about your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team immediately by phone at 800-348-3332 or by email at customerservice.us@bucherer.com.
REFUND
Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Once the returned merchandise is accepted for return, your refund will be processed. Please note that merchandise showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage in any way, or with a damaged or missing seal or protective label, will not be accepted for return. Your refund will be reflected on your credit card account within 2 – 3 business days after your return confirmation has been received.
RETURN OF BUCHERER IN-STORE PURCHASES
For all purchases made in-store, Bucherer will provide an exchange or merchandise credit within 7 days, provided merchandise has not been worn, altered, special ordered or purchased on special sale* and is accompanied by the box and warranty materials. All claims, returns, or warranty service must be accompanied by your invoice. No refunds are given for purchases made at Bucherer stores.
