Franck Muller’s Vanguard design is a sleek and sporty interpretation of the brand’s iconic Cintree Curvex tonneau shape. Vanguard’s streamlined profile eliminates traditional lugs allowing the hand sewn alligator strap to effortlessly flow into the case, creating a seamless façade as well as a comfortable timepiece to wear all day and night. Applique’ numerals are mechanically fixed in position on the vertically brushed dial and individually hand painted. Surrounding the dial, a black metal rehaute with compass markings adds depth and a touch of color to the monochromatic look with red and white markers and numerals. Within the stainless-steel case beats an accurate and robust automatic winding movement with components individually hand finished, assembled, and regulated in-house at Franck Muller’s own Watchland facility in Switzerland.
