Our sales advisors use telephone calls and messaging apps and services (e.g. WhatsApp, SMS). You receive personalised information and obtain benefits based on your user profile data such as product recommendations, trends, events, pre-sale announcements and promotions from the Bucherer world.
5. Online advertising / Customer Match
We use our own online platforms and third-party platforms to deliver targeted and personalised advertising. We use the function (Customer Match) for this purpose, which enables customer data to be compared with external platforms (such as Google or Facebook) and, provided you have given your consent separately, cookies and similar tracking technologies, to enable us to recognise visitors revisiting our online platforms or third-party platforms. We can also recognise you on our online platforms if you are logged into your customer account, allowing us to show you personalised offers and advertising.
