For those who wish to be more involved, we offer a dedicated consultation with one of our designers. Each design is both illustrated by hand to scale from multiple angles and depicted using advanced computer-aided design. It is refined as many times as needed until your vision is captured perfectly. Once approved by you, the design is modelled and passed on to the master artisans at our ateliers where traditional techniques meet innovative technologies. Â

At our newly renovated Lucerne ateliers — which span nearly 800 m2 — designers, artisans, goldsmiths, gemsetters, and polishers work alongside each other to blend masterful craftsmanship with the world’s most exceptional gemstones to create your unique creation. Our gemlab employs a team of diamond and gemstone experts with several decades of experience who ensure each stone is carefully hand-selected to harmonize perfectly with your design. Clients are also welcome to provide their own heirloom stones — adding layers of meaning and personal history to the final piece — as long as they meet our quality standards and can be set securely. Every stone is set by hand with precision and care, and each piece is meticulously polished to reveal its full brilliance. The result is a timeless, one-of-a-kind creation. Â
