The return period is 14 days and starts as soon as you receive your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you do not like the ordered item, you can take advantage of the 14-day return policy. Within this period, you can return the item to a Bucherer retail outlet in Germany or return it free of charge by post. Please note that we cannot accept returns of customised or personalised items. To make a return at a Bucherer retail outlet, please refer to the overview of our locations.
For returns by post, please follow these steps:

Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding in the Bucherer shipping box.

Indicate that it is a return on the provided delivery note and include it in the shipping box.

Seal the package and attach the supplied return label so that it is clearly visible.

To arrange the pick-up appointment, please contact TNT directly. The TNT service number is +49 811 88995 100, then quote the Bucherer Customer Number 30001945 and your booking number which can be found below the barcode, example: *123456789*
Please note that the return shipment will only be sent free of charge and by registered post if the enclosed label is used.
Free return transport with Ferrari Logistics:

Please ensure your shipment, including all invoices and enclosures, is securely packed for transport.

To arrange your return, please contact our customer service at +49 892 4269696. After your registration, Ferrari Logistics will contact you by phone to schedule a pick-up appointment.

Please make sure someone is present at the agreed pick-up time and that a contact person with a phone or mobile number is available.
Upon pick-up, the drivers will bring a safebag. Your package will be placed into the safebag and securely sealed in your presence.
Pick-up times are from Monday to Friday. The exact time will be agreed upon in coordination with Ferrari Logistics.

REFUNDS
After your return has been received by us within the 14-day period, it will be subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection. If we cannot determine any damage or signs of use, we will refund you the selling price.
