We offer a complimentary shipping and returns service for all online purchases via FedEx. Kindly note that all Rolex and Tudor models are currently unavailable to purchase online. In the instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14-days from receipt of your order and we will obligingly arrange a collection via courier. We will, of course, issue a full refund to your account, provided that the product is in its original condition with all paperwork and internal packaging included.

Collections and deliveries are unavailable during Bank Holidays or Sundays. All orders purchased on Finance can only be shipped to the billing address.


We offer a Click & Collect service to selected London boutiques. Please allow up to two working days fo your order to be processed. A member of our in-store teams will contact you to arrange the collection as soon as your order is ready. Please ensure you bring personal ID with you, including proof of the payment method used to process your order.


We would be delighted to help you change your shipping address after you have placed an order. Please contact us by emailing your details to A representative of our team should get back to you within two working days. If you have already received a shipping confirmation email, then your order will already be on its way to you and can no longer be changed. We would welcome you to use our complimentary returns service in this scenario.
