BUCHERER TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BFJ BAR 45 ZIRCONIA COMPETITION
1. COMPETITION
From 14 November to 22 November 2025 (excluding Sunday, 16 November 2025), Bucherer AG is organizing a competition at the participating partner location, Bar 45 at Bahnhofstrasse 45, Zurich, Switzerland) (the “BFJ Bar 45 Zirconia Competition”).
The BFJ Bar 45 Zirconia Competition will run as follows:
On each of the above-mentioned days, 200 boxes, each containing a zirconia stone, will be distributed to visitors of the Bar 45 (while stocks of 200 boxes last).
Three of the zirconia stones contained in these boxes have a special cut (the ‘Winning Stones’), which entitles the respective visitor/recipient to each win the following prize:
1x 0.5 ct G/F SI 1 with GIA Certificate, RSP CHF 2’800.- and solitaire setting without halo/entourage 0.5 ct, RSP CHF 1,150.- or collitaire setting 0.5 ct, RSP CHF 890.-
To find out whether a Winning Stone is contained in a recipient's box, the visitors/recipients must bring their zirconia stone to the Bucherer boutique at Bahnhofstrasse 50 in Zurich during opening hours, no later than 31 December 2025, for examination by Bucherer staff. Visitors will be informed immediately in-store during stone assessment, whether their stone corresponds to a Winning Stone. Bucherer AG reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions before confirming any win. Verified results are final.
To be eligible to participate in the BFJ Bar 45 Zirconia Competition, the visitors/recipients must scan the QR code provided at Bar 45 according to the detailed instructions received. Those who do so and further meet the other eligibility conditions outlined in section 2 below will automatically enter the competition.
Bucherer AG reserves the right to verify eligibility and to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time for justifiable reasons.
2. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
Participation in the BFJ Bar 45 Zirconia Competition is free of charge and open to individuals who:
• have received a zirconia box at Bar 45;
• have scanned the QR code provided at Bar 45 and fully completed and submitted the competition registration form; and
• have had their zirconia stone evaluated in person, on the 3rd floor of the Bucherer Boutique in Zürich, Bahnhofstrasse 50, 8001 Zürich by 31 December 2025 at the latest.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Employees of the Bucherer Group are excluded from participation. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or other alternatives. Legal recourse is excluded.
Only one entry to Bar 45 per person is permitted. Any form of manipulation will result in exclusion from the BFJ Bar 45 Zirconia Competition. Participation in the competition is free of charge. The prize will not be paid out in cash.
Bucherer AG accepts no liability for technical malfunctions, transmission errors, or incomplete or invalid registrations resulting from network or system issues.
3. DATA PROTECTION
By participating in the BFJ Bar 45 Zirconia Competition, the participants acknowledge the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this competition and in accordance with Bucherer’s data privacy policy.
Upon registration, participants will have the option to provide separate consent to receive marketing communications from Bucherer. Providing such consent is voluntary and not required to participate in the competition. Personal data will not be used for marketing purposes unrelated to this competition without the participant’s explicit consent.
4. AMENDMENTS AND GOVERNING LAW
Bucherer AG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that such changes do not adversely affect participants’ rights already acquired.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising in connection with this competition is Lucerne, Switzerland.
