In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, We may be unable to comply with Your request in the following circumstances:

7. How Your personal data is stored and transferred across borders

(1) Storage

Your personal data collected in the course of Our provision of Services to You in Hong Kong will be transferred to and stored on servers located in Mainland China by Bucherer Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. We have put in place data transfer agreements with Bucherer Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, incorporating the Recommended Model Clauses issued by the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data under section 33(2)(f) of the Ordinance, to ensure that Your personal data is afforded a standard of protection consistent with the requirements of the Ordinance. Your personal data may further be shared on an occasional basis with Bucherer AG in Switzerland for the purposes described in Section 3.
