Jaeger-LeCoultre launches new care programme
Jaeger-LeCoultre is proud to announce the launch of its new Care Programme which will include an 8 year warranty in line with evolving global customer needs and the trend for personalised content, technical expertise and a high level of customer service.
The principle of innovation has always been at the heart of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s ethos and this new and unique Care Programme service offering reflects the changing needs of today’s consumer, and the Maison’s passion for the exceptional.
As of 15th May 2019, Jaeger-LeCoultre clients (both online and offline) will be able to register their watches and clocks on a dedicated online platform which will allow them to manage their personal collection and benefit from a range of new and enhanced service offerings.
Additionally, clients who have previously purchased a Jaeger-LeCoultre piece that is still under the original international warranty today will also be eligible for the new Care Programme and accompanying services.
The Care Programme will be available in 12 languages and will include in store benefits such as added value maintenance services and engravings, and online advantages in the form of dedicated information and advice provided by Jaeger-LeCoultre craftsmen in addition to pre-configured digital tools for personalisation and care.
In order to further a long-term and caring relationship with clients around the world, the service will also be supported by Jaeger-LeCoultre’s global multi-channel network which will engage with clients wherever they choose to shop or connect with the Maison across the globe.
