No. You can place an order without a user account. Please checkout as a guest.

7. AVAILABILITY OF CERTAIN JEWELLERY
Why are certain jewellery products unavailable to purchase online?
For security reasons, we do not ship highly valuable or unique pieces. Alternatively, please contact our Web Experts team to arrange an in-store appointment by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
8. RINGS - ONLY ONE SIZE AVAILABLE ONLINE
Why is there only one ring size available on the Website?
The ring sizes offered online are the most commonly used. However, we can tailor orders to fit any size.
9. THE RING DOES NOT FIT
What should I do if the ring I ordered doesn’t fit?

10. Order confirmation
How do I know if you have received my order?
As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an email with the order and payment confirmation. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email.
