For all online orders, we offer complimentary shipping and returns services to any UK address. All Rolex models are currently unavailable to purchase online. For security purposes, Finance orders can only be shipped to the billing address.
In the instance that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14-days from receipt of your order to arrange a collection from your address. Please ensure that the product(s) are unworn and in their original selling condition, with all paperwork and tags included. Collections can be arranged from Monday to Friday, by 6 pm (excluding Bank holidays).

Due to the current situation regarding COVID-19, we are currently unable to offer our standard Click & Collect service in all our London boutiques.
