Click & Collect
We offer a Click & Collect service within selected Bucherer stores. You can choose the desired and available store directly during the checkout. The order and payment takes place online (with the online available payment methods). Please allow two to five working days after the acknowledgement of your order for the item to arrive at the selected Bucherer store. Once received, a member of the in-store team will contact you to arrange the collection. Please ensure you take the order approval and a personal ID with you.
We ship with THT, DHL or GO. After receipt of the order confirmation, the shipment will be delivered to you within 3-4 days. For the calculation of the delivery time, please also include the time for order processing as well as for the receipt of payment in case of a bank transfer. As soon as the order has been processed, we will send you the order confirmation by e-mail.
We send all shipments by registered post, i.e. you must confirm receipt of your order with your signature. Please check that you have provided a valid delivery address and ensure that you are there on the day when your order arrives. If you are not there to receive a shipment yourself (e.g. because it is a gift), the recipient specified on the delivery address must sign for the package.
Once your order has been shipped, the postal service will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking code. You can use this tracking code to track your shipment.
The shipment is insured until its receipt is confirmed by a signature from you or the recipient specified in the delivery address.
Changing the delivery address
If you wish to change your delivery address immediately after you have placed your order, please contact our customer service team by phone on +49 89 24 26 9696 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will make the requested changes for you. If you have received an order confirmation for your order, it is already on the way to the delivery address specified by you and we can no longer redirect it.
