How can I find a product on the Bucherer Website?

If you are looking for a specific product and know its name or product reference, try using the search box. If you are not looking for anything specific, you might want to use the menu navigation. Once you are on a product listing page, you can refine your results by using the filter tool.

3. ACCOUNT

Do I need a user account to place an order?

No. You can place an order without a user account. Please checkout as a guest.

4. FORGOTTEN PASSWORD

I have forgotten the password for my user account, what should I do?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on “Forgot Password” under “My Account”.

5. SIGN-IN NOT POSSIBLE

I can’t sign into my account, what should I do?

If you are unable to sign in to your account, first check that you have entered the correct email address and password. If you need help with signing in, please contact us via our online form.

6. AVAILABILITY IN GENERAL

I saw an item, which is no longer available. What can I do?

7. AVAILABILITY OF CERTAIN JEWELLERY

Why are certain jewellery products unavailable to purchase online?

For security reasons, we do not ship highly valuable or unique pieces. Alternatively, please contact us to arrange an in-store appointment via our online form.

8. RINGS - ONLY ONE SIZE AVAILABLE ONLINE

Why is there only one ring size available on the Website?

The ring sizes offered online are the most commonly used. However, we can tailor orders to fit any size.

9. THE RING DOES NOT FIT

What should I do if the ring I ordered doesn’t fit?

We would be delighted to assist you. Please contact our Client Experience team via online form.

10. Order confirmation

How do I know if you have received my order?

As soon as we have received your order, you will receive an email with the order and payment confirmation. If you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation email.

11. Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us via online form. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the steps outlined in our returns process.

12. How can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange items. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14-days of receipt of your order or follow the steps outlined in our returns process.
