Watchmaker
BUCHERER has more than 50 watchmakers throughout Switzerland. To maintain standards, at least one watchmaker is employed per branch. Large branches, such as in Lucerne, Zurich, and Geneva employ up to 7 watchmakers. 13 qualified watchmakers, all able to repair our concession brands, are employed at the head office in Lucerne. Antique watches and clocks, small and large, are repaired by specialists at the head office

Spare Parts
Over 1 million spare parts are stored at the head office. This provides a guarantee that the repairs will be able to be carried out most of the time.
  
Technical Equipment
All BUCHERER service locations are equipped with the best and most modern technical equipment. This is used to ensure the technical measurements like accuracy and the water resistance of your watch.
